Duration of Warranty
All Madiyaon shoes come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage Details
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes:
Manufacturing defects
Material defects
Stitching issues
Sole separation
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents
Normal wear and tear (including scuffs, scratches, and worn-out soles)
Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (water, fire, chemicals)
Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
Warranty Claim Process
Initiating a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@madiyaon.com. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Photographs of the defect are also helpful.
Evaluation
Once your claim is received, our team will evaluate the issue to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. We may request additional information or images if necessary.
Approval
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Repair: We will repair the defective part of the shoe at no cost to you.
Replacement: If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the defective pair with a new pair of the same model. If the same model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model or store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
Refund: In cases where a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Within Warranty Period: Madiyaon will cover the shipping costs for returning defective shoes and shipping the repaired or replacement pair back to you.
After Warranty Period: If you wish to have your shoes repaired after the warranty period has expired, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure your warranty claim is valid, please retain your proof of purchase.
Use and care for your shoes according to our care instructions to prevent damage and prolong their lifespan.
